Lady Flavianne used to be a Nereid servant of Lady Vesper, and she oversaw a river in Avilion that emerges from the Everfog Mountains and flows towards the Lake. This river used to carry tiny flakes and grains of gold, which was then sifted out of the water and mud using fine nets and sieves.

Relatively recently, the mountain-vein of gold ran dry, and the river stopped producing its famous resource; Flavianne was blamed for this, and to avoid ruthless persecution, she escaped to Eleutheria, where she was welcomed by Lord Attys. Currently, she remains in Visage, where she enjoys spending time in the surrounding waters of the Lake of the Baronies. She is aiming to create a slime sanctuary here, after Shirkad suggested so.

Her body is blue and watery, and her hair emulates the rolling, turbulent streams of her former river. She wears golden jewelry and breastplate, and an elaborate headpiece that is meant to symbolise nets and sieves made of branches that got gilded during the process of sifting through the gold-bearing waters. Her glory is a tarnished and fading one, however, and she lacks the shine that she was so proud of back in the day.

Lady Flavianne was first encountered during the quest All Work and No Play, as one of the suspects for being a potential spy for Lady Vesper. Her equivalent during the final play of that quest was Ishka'tar.

To follow the hamlet's traditions, she was wearing a modified colombina mask covering the upper half of her left side.

Visage

- The clues that pointed at her were circumstantial and coincidental, and most of them were purposefully planted there by the real culprit, Claudin. He used his Decanter of Endless Water to create an illusion of her watery presence at the crime scene; the golden specks from his wings emulated the same particles present in her water; he snapped off a tooth of his hair comb to replicate a tip of a broken branch from her headpiece.

- Claudin stole her Nereid shawl shortly before the accident, rendering her vulnerable and unable to walk on land. She spent the time after that to fashion a new one, providing her with an alibi. To attend the play at the end of All Work and No Play, she was carried to the Gaiety in a wooden bath. Ishka'tar returned the piece of Flavianne's shawl that was discovered during the investigation, which was incorporated into the new shawl.
