A tall, attractive, four-lupine-headed Unknown first encountered in Taste the Rainbow. During that quest, he attempted to ruin the Midday Meal Mayhem (MMM) by spoiling food, creating meat abominations, spreading divine corruption (like the one Woods Dimpletwinkle used in Arbor Day) amongst Mindfuddle Blooms, turning Heidrun's living kitchen against the party, attempting to sabotage A Chip Off the Old Block Will Blossom Anew's new body, and potentially stealing from an ornery Drainberry bush. Also controlled rats that had teeth like jackals, multiple heads, no eyes and that were affected by enchantment and transmutation magics. Could see and speak through the rats and used them to antagonize others, like Khorasan. Also seemed to have a good understanding of Meridian's sewer system.
Exchanged the name associated with his third head, Kwashior, for the lives of three innocents. Ultimately tricked the Purple Knight and Gilded Knight during the MMM, making them fall unconscious while using the rats to trace the path of a magic circle like the one that made the meat monstrosities, but his plan was foiled. The knights and party defeated his body, but he still escaped with ease. Luckily the lives of the three innocents were saved.
Party learned jackal heads and gross flesh is associated with the Horseman of Famine. In the Old World at least, he went by Trelmarixian. Famine mentioned he is not a god, so perhaps he is Trelmarixian's underling. Mentioned he was super old and had kin that commanded Pestilence, which may or may not have been associated with the rats. Rats had a habit of exploding, spreading grossness and maybe disease to those impacted.
Way too obsessed with toying those he thinks are beneath him (i.e. everyone). Ultimately wants to watch everyone suffer in starvation, but is willing to wait and enjoy the sight of those lesser folks desperately struggle to keep him at bay.
A few brave adventurers have rat effigies (one for each of the innocents he failed to kill) that are connected to Famine and can allow them to speak with him now and then.
