Mysterious entity that convinced a large number of Unknowns and Unknowns to desert their armies in the The Iron Front and sail by really poor boats to Watchers' Island as discovered in Abandoned Rowboats. The party in The Moot Speaker learned that this entity sought an onyx gem in air staff currently being held by a Jotun-speaking hag and sought to use the cult that followed their whispers to obtain it.
During the Moot, Imidin, a Unknown cleric of Hshurha, noticed she spoke perfect common and she used an adaptation of the Message cantrip to speak her message. Furthermore, once the staff was retrieved, she pulled the staff high in the sky.
Was more than happy to negotiate with the party of The Moot Speaker and seemed knowledgable of old-world entities (like the Rockfolk) and did not seem to overtly be working with evil-ish entities like The Taint and Unknowns.
