The Prime Inventor

The Prime Inventor was an elf born sometime in the Age of Elves.  Instead of focusing on magic like most of the elves they focused on the alchemical sciences.  They feel like Lichdom enslaved the other elves which wished to extend their lives, instead The Prime Inventor found an alchemical way to immortality.  That process was also pretty damning on one's soul and required a fair bit of other people suffering, but hey they are not a Lich.  It was a Perfection of Essence ritual but to create the potion it required many terrible experiments.  They do have inert clones that they are no longer particularly attached to.  

The Prime inventor is pretty paranoid about powerful creatures finding them and possibly destroying them.  They live in the semi-live state underground and a series of fortified bunkers basically.  They only communicate to the outside world with floating eye familiars which project an all caps voice into people's head and which they can send letters through.  The Prime Inventor is not worried about adventures in general since they view adventures as both dumb and expendable.  

Their memory is not perfect and they have a large amount of information written down they need to review when they want information about specific things.

Desires:  The Prime Inventor is ultimately curious about the world.  A scientist with no morals, they don't screw over others for the fun of it and can maintain polite connections to societies, but do not have qualms about doing terrible things for the knowledge they wish to gain.  They don't want to be a big mover or shaker because that brings too much unwanted attention to them.  That is how they survived though the ages.

Ashen Hawk: The Prime Inventor wants to know more about the Void Nexus and the affects on someone living who holds that curse.  Ideally they want more direct access to the curse, could place it in a clone body of theirs they no longer care much about.  If they can't gain direct access they want Hawk to provide them information about it.
