Full Report

Hearing of a vampire terrorizing the country side near the first landing port I decided to investigate in an attempt to rid this world of a foul creature. I set out with the goal of traveling to the port, finding the ocean, and asking around with the locals on any leads they might have had about the whereabouts of the creature.

On my way I was rudely attacked by a group of Fey. I tried to warm them off, but they chose violence. Once the first few were dead they ran, but I heroically hunted each and every one down slaughtering them to make the roads safer for future travelers.

Upon reaching the shore I found a dry dock currently in the process of building a new ship. I took special note of the craftsmanship as I feel like it would make a fine vessel for me once it is completed. I will come back and negotiate with the town eventually for my new ship. However it did seem to be needing significantly more time to finish.

Finding a farmer who continuously had their livestock attacked by some form of creature I was able to cook for her an amazing meal which she turned out to be exceedingly grateful for. When I informed her I was here to hunt down the beast attacking her crops she became even more grateful. I'm so glad I can have such a positive impact on the common folks lives.

Setting out into the woods following some wolf tracks I eventually encounter some Fey man in the woods. Through my expert diplomatic acumen I was able to convince him to join me and aid in my search. I grew more and more suspicious of him as time went on and when he tried to abandon me after leading me to a wolf den I quickly ascertained his hostile intentions and engaged him in combat. My suspensions were confirmed as he shapeshifted into a deer and attacked me, goring me through my armor in the process. I must remember to get myself a set of full plate when I get back to town to cover my current vulnerabilities. Knowing he was outmatched after him goring me was treated as nothing more than a glancing blow with my healing magic he decided to run away. Being a Fey and knowing these woods far better than I he was sadily able to escape. Perhapsa I shall come back and hunt him down some time in the future.

Not wanting to needlessly slaughter a den of wolves with pups I backtracked and eventually found an illusionary wall surrounding a picturesque cabin. Entering the cabin I eventually found a Vampire sleeping in his coffin. After preparing for battle and opening his coffin he took one look at me and closed it again locking it shut. Figuring my reputation preceeded me I realized he was admitting defeat and wouldn't be bothering the town anymore, so with me in all my generous mercy I decided to let him live, knowing that I was out there if he makes the towns life difficult again.

Overall the mission was a resounding success!

Oh, and Maldor, Pebbles, Amias, Tiamara, and Vlast were there too.
