Full Report

Headed north to the halfling church passing through Rydess Desert and the remains of dazrit. In the forest A wolf pack was encountered and dispatched.

Met biryong a large talking horse at the church who carried us via overland boat west from the halfling church past the saqqaran observatory to a port to sail to the island with Schnapps’ supplies.

Biryong had informed us:

", my name is Biryong and I'm a longtime ally of a man by the name of Yongbi, who's name you might have heard mentioned around First Landing. Several weeks ago, Scarlet's friend, who you know of as Schnapps was attacked by followers of a demigod called the Radiance on accusations of heresy, after they were led to him by one of your fellow guild members. They beat him and his pets, and burnt his church down, as you can see. Before they could kill Schnapps' pets and drag him away to be tortured, the Radiance's counterpart, the Sun-in-Shadow, interfered and teleported him far away to the same cave where Yongbi happened to be. Schnapps and Yongbi had already become familiar with each other due to Yongbi's tendency to use the Lunar New Year Festival as an opportunity to rub elbows with numerous residents of the New World and he's also a skilled physician, so the Sun-in-Shadow chose him to look after her precious worshipper."

"Once the shock of losing his home wore off, Schnapps began to fret over his belongings and his friends who might wonder what happened to him, so Yongbi sought to kill two birds with one stone by sending Scarlet a letter and requisitioning my help once more. You and your allies were to help gather Schnapps' property and then I was to lead you to where he was as swiftly as possible. I brought those boats so I could take you all across the straightest path to Schnapps, right across the ocean. Yes, I can run on water and yes, I am far faster than any boat."

"Now, the region where Schnapps ended up is to the East of Roanokae Camp on the black X, in the mountain range that has been known to be filled with demons led by a demon named Duke Agaraal for the past few years. Recently those demons have started to attack Coalition territory in this region, mostly relegating their attacks to the forests to the East of these mountains for now in the red section, but they will eventually move further North in time. They've been battling fey as well as members of the recently-formed Coalition religious group called the Blessed Seven, specifically Zatshu Ashhunter and Qurqi.”

Biryong carried the boats overwater and passed a battle of gargantuan sea monters: a Screeching Serpent and a Shark-like Creature. Going to close the boats nearly capsized before they continued on their way leaving them in their wake.

Upon landing the party snuck through demon and fae controlled territory to arrive at three streams where a demon attack was underway. Helping repel the attackers and later helping to tend to the wounded with Zashtu Ashbunter. Then the party struck off towards schnapps once again.

Climbing the mountain and reaching schnapps the party was able to deliver the property and share a meal. Then they learned about nearby prisoners being held and then promptly returned to first landing to prepare for freeing them.
