This is how the Verdant Mother was sealed.

An Elven adventurer, Fenian, has been identified as a follower of hers. He has made multiple contacts with Guild adventurers, perhaps to recruit them to his cause.

A seal of hers potentially lies somewhere in the Desert of Rydess. Rydess bears the constant burden of maintaining the desert, destroying any hint of greenery that might emerge there. This is to prevent the Verdant Mother's influence from leaking out. The Everbirth Forest at the North Western edge of Watcher's Island could be a locus of the Verdant Mother's power, explaining the strange phenomenon of birth and regeneration that happens there.
