A group of Kobolds, formerly belonging to the The Watchers' Tribe, who were exiled for blasphemy. Voice, their leader, wished to shun dragon worship, to live a life of freedom over one of servitude.
After their exile, the group started living in the ruins of the Saqqaran Observatory. During Towering Personalities, Rydess demanded the party bring Voice's heart to her as a peace offering. Though they initially agreed to save their lives, the party ultimately decided not to do so. The Kobolds were found to be in desperate need for food and water, and their survival prospects were grim.
The Kobolds were encountered once again in Operation Desert Lotus. Only two of them were left. Voice was dead and the survivors refused to acknowledge his existence for some reason. Judging from circumstantial evidence, it seems the Kobolds fell prey to the various predators in the area or died of thirst and starvation. We found a Kobold corpse tangled in the vines of a man-eating plant in a nearby underground oasis.
