Ranchers' Union

The Ranchers' Union is a group of ranchers who have banded together, to sell and buy lifestock and other animals, as well as animal products under the same conditions. This is to avoid competition among their members, with each adding their goods to a shared pool, and then receiving payment out of it, based on their contributions. Continued membership is contingent on the payment of a fee.

They control a significant amount of the lifestock in the Ranchside, and as such have accrued considerable influence in the sub-district, and the Hillside as a whole.

The ranchers elect a Head Rancher among themselves each year, who represents the group as a whole. Other positions within the group are that of the treasurer, and the accountant.
