Trash

Trash, better known by his ring title, "Son of Chicken, Jr.", is a third-generation bugbear pit-fighter of the red-pits of Goblintown. His father (Son of Chicken) and grandfather (The Chicken) were pit-fighters, and so is he.
The red-pits offer many different blood-sports, some more bloody than others. Trash and his family compete in the circuits that rely more on flashy moves and season-long storylines rather than life-or-death combat. As a result, Trash is accustomed to fights where the outcome is pre-arranged and the sport is in putting on a good show with flashy moves to impress a mostly young audience.
When fighting, Trash wears a mask, inspired by his grandfather, and goes by "Son of Chicken, Jr.". He currently competes in a lower circuit and is hoping to work his way up to a title fight soon. His current nemesis is a lizardfolk fighter who goes by "Fishman".
Trash is known (only by few, on account of his low fame) for his fighting style involving elaborate jumps and improvised weaponry drawn from the audience.
Trash is a follower of Church of the Iron Gauntlet, a loose conglomerate of pit-fighters who see the fight as a spiritual practice. Trash believes that a fight is a form of prayer, but he also believes that the gods want a good show. His motto is “it’s more important to be entertaining than to win”. He looks down on fighters who value efficiency or compete to win. He believes they lack spiritual ambition.
