St. Toad is an alien powers known to sages as a Great Old Oneātimeless beings who predate the gods and speak in dreams through amphibian mouths. Known across planes by many namesāWastri, KāTehe the Destroyer, The Frog That Hungersāhis worship in this world now survives only in whispered prayers and ruined fanes in bogs and forgotten wetlands.
To mortals, he is a great, furry, bloated amphibian-god who slumbers endlessly, waiting not with patience but with apathy. His gluttony is infinite. He will not chase youāhe will wait for you to crawl to him, offering flesh, madness, and monstrous rebirth.
His cult believes the world is diseased and must be drowned and digested. They see their godās rising as inevitable, an epochal event that will flood the earth in slime, madness, and frogs. His sacred prophecy: "The world croaks last."

Worship of St. Toad is fragmented and foul. His fanes are crumbling marsh-temples, filled with amphibian sigils, birthing pools of unnatural spawn, and vats for sacrificial ichor. His rites are unspeakableāblending transformation, sacrificial offering, and the deliberate contamination of body and mind.
