Description:
This enchantment causes its victims to perceive everything as outrageously hilarious. On the round the spell is cast, targets feel a mild tingling. On the following round, they burst into fits of laughter, collapsing in helpless mirth.
Effect Sequence:

1st Round (Cast): No effect, only a strange tingling.

2nd Round: Victim collapses, unable to act.

3rd Round: Target may rise but cannot act aggressively.

For the remaining duration, the target suffers a –2 penalty to attack and damage rolls (or loses 2 Strength).
