Harnok Reedwatcher
“The swamp has no memory… but the Seeping Sons do.”
Description:
A wiry Ashen Knollsmen guide with sharp eyes and a perpetually tense stance, Harnok is one of the few brave (or desperate) enough to lead outsiders through the Seeping Waste. He wears leather armor strung with ash-charms and bone fetishes, his face painted in streaks of gray and black mud. His manner is blunt, wary, but fair—he will take payment in coin, food, or promises of vengeance against the Seeping Sons.
Though he has guided hunters and pilgrims to the Ziggurat of Khalitharius, Harnok lives in fear of the Seeping Sons, whose mutagenic alchemy has claimed his kin before. He refuses to face them directly unless cornered or desperate.
