Sullivan the Cruel

Sullivan was born as a low born in a family of farmers in Dragontail. His father was a peaceful and passive man but he did not care about Sullivan. After his mother died of illness when he was young he took a new wife and she had kids as well, younger and more well behaved. Sullivan despises his father and people steal from them all the time. One day they went to the market in Dragonshire. He did not know his life would change that day. Some thugs went out of their way to bully and steal their wares, As usual his father didn’t do anything. Sullivan couldn’t take it any more. He looked at his father and he took a cleaver and ran towards the thugs. He kicked one to the ground and smashed the cleaver in the back of his head. The other thug looked around and Sullivan took a handful of sand and threw it in his face blinding him. He threw him to the ground and he grabbed the cleaver and took his hand. His father watched in disgust and told him he is not his son. At that moment a man came towards him. He said he did good work, and if that man was bothering him. Sullivan told the man he did, he summoned 5 Redmayne soldiers and they left no one knows except him what happened to his father. The man who helped was called Burkhart Redmayne wielder of the flame. Sullivan Joined his army and rose in ranks quickly and he became Burkhart's top lieutenant. Together with Burkart he destroyed the town of Raamsdonksfir and most of the people that lived there. He captured the woman who survived; he eventually marries one of them Lyara; her sister and her husband and kids were murdered by Burkhart himself. But Sullivan could not resist the beauty of Lyara so he married her. The rumors are that he beats his wife regularly and that she even has a burn scar on her side from an oil lamp he threw at her. After Burkhart was exiled for his war crimes so was he. He bought a large house just outside Dragonshire and worked as a high ranking sellsword. Until he met Wanwald and joined him in his cause. He now is the right hand of Wanwald and serves him as the commander of the crestfire soldiers.
