Description: A small vial of plain white lotion. When applied, it briefly turns silver before absorbing into the skin, perfectly moisturizing you and leaving behind a light layer of glitter.
Effect: For the next 1d6 hours, you leave a slight trail of glitter everywhere you go, giving you disadvantage on stealth rolls for the duration. If you enter combat before the lotion wears off, you can use your reaction to give disadvantage to an enemy within 5 feet of you that is targeting you with a melee attack (as glitter gets in their eyes). Your skin also becomes glowing and moisturized.
Mechanics: disadvantage on stealth rolls for 1d6 hours; use a reaction to impose disadvantage for 1d6 hours
Usage: First off, who doesn’t love moisturized skin? Second, the image of glitter being super annoying to everyone, even the person who uses it is a funny image.
