Up to 4 hostile creatures of your choice inside the Emanation area can not take Reactions. The air inside is filled with a pleasant but generic scent. On subsequent turns you can take a Bonus Action to choose again creatures, as long as you're Concentrating on this spell.
At Higher Levels. When you upcast this spell you can choose an additional creature for each slot level above 2nd. The material cost increases by 20gp for each level above 2nd.
