Younger brother of Toby Belkaid. Really proud of his brother, calling him the "best smartass ever". Goes to the Riverbank Middle School, after his family moved closer to the area to accommodate his brother's schedule at highschool.
He has really weak powers, which led to the family being contacted by A.E.G.I.S., but they hastily left them alone, when they found out, he can only make things float for about a minute. The heavier the object is in comparison to his own weight, the less time it can float.
He is a vivid fan of the hero sidekick Airborne.
