The Heldencoast Police Department, short HCPD. First responders to most crimes. In superhuman affairs they work together with A.E.G.I.S.. Depending on the Threat Level of the villain, either they're or the Agents take them into custody.
Some of the general public calls them useless ever since superheroes appeared, since they're responsible for solving more crimes than the police, which of course is a false assumption. Superheroes solve the big and flashy crimes and defeat the villains, the general police-force is still your number one friend and helper regarding all the other criminal activities happening around every one of us every single day.
