Element control is an umbrella category for various forms of manipulation. The core 'elements' are often referred to as air, water, fire, and earth however this can expand beyond just those. In general, element control is considered the ability to make something obey your whims even were it to be unnatural. You can form fire into a ball you can hurl, you may call lightning from your fingers at your enemies, have water move opposite to gravity. This is a powerful suite of powers, though its rare one can control more than a single element let alone all.
