Brónach

Once a Firbolg, and companion to Maravin, he eventually settled back in his home of Faunus' Forest, but in an attempt to be more in touch with nature accidentally turned himself into a tree. A local tribe of firbolgs mistakenly believed that he is Faunus incarnate, and did whatever they could to protect the tree from outsiders.

Thankfully, The Flock managed to save Brónach from his prison, and cured the tribe of their charm. He now resides in the Grove of Eternal Whispers as its protector against evils that wish harm upon its inhabitants.

As the party sensed the return of Hala, Thistlethorn requested that Brónach find the source of the corruption so that they could remove it. Unfortunately, he was captured by the spirit of the hag, who used his connection to the forest to speed up the corruption. In the end, he succumbed to his wounds as Thistlethorn freed him from his trapped state on top of the Old Oak, which was used as a place to funnel his magic to her cause. He was then resurrected shortly after.

After Vuthul's downfall, his sanctuary was no longer needed, so he removed the protective barrier and departed to see the world, after saying goodbye to the party.
