1. Notes

Appendix N

Campaign Inspiration

  • Tomb of Annihilation. This is an adapted ToA campaign at its heart, expanded about four folt.
  • Primeval Thule. The core gods were borrowed from Primeval Thule (which were adapted from Conan), with other (8?) gods adapted from Conan. A lot of the temple descriptions are straight Conan with my ideas, compiled by AI.
  • Conan and Lovecraft. The supplemental gods are borrowed heavily from Conan and the Great Old Ones are borrowed liberally from this wikipedia entry. ChatGPT is Lovecraft fluent, so just mentioning a Great Old One and ChatGPT will access everything about them.

Adventures

  • Every Primeval Thule adventure
  • Most adventures in Tomb of Annihilation
  • Against the Cult of the Reptile God
  • Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan
  • The Lost City
  • A ton of maps from Raging Swan Press with homemade adventures

City Development

When something from Ptolus made sense, it was added:

Ptolus: If you feel like there are Iron Crown elements in this game, it's because I have once again borrowed heavily from Ptolus. It even has a 5th edition now.
