Eyes of charming were a pair of crystal lenses that fitted over the users eyes, typically held in glasses. Their stored magic gave the wearer to a limited ability to charm other humanoids within 30 feet, becoming friendly to the wearer for up to an hour. Once the Spell ended, however, the creature would know they were charmed, making their usage somewhat risky.
