The Positive Border, often called the Positive Energy Plane or the Plane of Life, was an Inner Plane in the Cosmic Wheel cosmology. Scholars believed that positive energy and its opposite Negative Border, combined with the four Elemental Realms, made up the fundamental cosmos. It was thought to be a space of infinite size, a saturated and blinding firestorm of life-giving light.
There was no known method of traversal across the Energy planes; it was a continuous plenum of energy not meant for mortals. Despite its nickname, the Plane of Life would bring swift death to the unprotected by filling them with positive energy until their cells burst and they joined the radiant conflagration.
