A Dragon Slayer was a type of magical weapon, usually a large sword or axe, that was magically created to defeat a specific foe. Forged by master smiths in dire times, their unique magic reacted when striking the skin of Dragons and Wyverns, though they were often no better at finding their target than their mundane variants. As a result, dragon slayers were often employed by great warriors and hunters who could make best use of their unique capabilities.
