The biggest living space in Krezk, the Burgomaster's cottage is nonetheless still humble, being little more than a large log cabin. It was taken care of by the Krezkov family for hundreds of years, replacing the wood when needed with resources from the village. In the basement was a wine cellar, meant to store vintages sent from the Wizard of Wines, and it had a livestock yard with Chicken and Sheep, a rarity in Barovia.
The area behind the Burgomaster's cottage was spacious and became a small graveyard over the years, as the Abbey of Brilliant Worship became feared by the local people. After the lineage of the Krezkovs ended, the chosen community leader moved into the cottage.
