Bindis of bonding were magic stones enchanted with divinitory magic. When attuned to a wearer's forehead, the bindi allowed them to forge a telepathic link among up to eight willing creatures. The targets could communicate telepathically through the bond whether or not they possessed a mutual language, and such communication was possible over any distance, though could not extend to other planes.
