Wind fans were large paper fans enchanted with Spellcraft imbuing them with the power of the Plane of Air. When swung, the fan created gusts of strong wind that could extinguish flames, disperse vapor, or knock creatures off their feet. Due to the power of the gusts, wind fans experienced significant stress, and could tear themselves to pieces if used too many times consecutively.
