Brendan Harding

Students' perceptions of Professor Harding are a bit of a mixed bag. His teaching style is strict, he believes in the merit of hard work and finds it important to academically challenge students. Because of this, a lot of students think him mean and prefer to avoid his classes if possible. Others find that he is instrumental in their learning experience and that, although difficult, his courses offer them much more than others. Although Professor Harding is not the most easygoing teacher and is certainly not an easy A, he is very encouraging and passionate about the subjects that he teaches, and he believes in all of his students equally. 

Rumour has it that Professor Harding and Professor Elora Sylran were once married. You would never know from the way that they act--or don't act--around each other, but students with older siblings who graduated from F.L.A.M.E. swear that it's true. Some students claim that other professors who worked with them at the time corroborate the story. What caused the divorce is unknown, even to faculty members.
