Clorba Smalvess

Although Professor Smalvess will be the first to deny any insinuation that she owns a pet, there isn't a student at F.L.A.M.E. who isn't aware of her love for campus cat Sushi. Clorba insists that Sushi is her own cat and belongs to no one. Yet, there is a pet bed and dishes in her office in Dapplewing Manor.

Professor Smalvess, normally quite passive and sweet, is a famously strict stage director. Any students who deign to enrol in one of her drama classes will tell you that her bubbly exterior strips away the moment that they hit the stage, and any toe out of perfectly choreographed line will meet her wrath. Not that anyone has much to say in complaint. The spring musical is always a beautiful success, and everyone in the Play-actors Drama Guild knows that its because their director is so hard on them. When the curtains are drawn and the audience is clapping, Professor Smalvess is the first to congratulate everyone and offers notoriously good reference letters.
