During the Age of Conquest, this part of the city was used as housing for those fleeing Unknown during the war. The nation of Chryós was overtaken by The Estelari Empire in the 2100's and no longer exists, but its people still maintain the culture of Chryós centuries later. In Little Chryós, you are likely to find squat houses constructed from stone, and people serving traditional street foods rich in hearty root vegetables, pickled goods, and goat meat. Many decorate their doorsteps with offerings to the Titan Kyvouno. If you are lucky, you might visit during the Ancestral Celebration, a weekend-long festival featuring food, drink, and traditional music that mimics the sounds of wind and waterfalls.
