Named for the ship of Captain Seraphim, this group seek to depose Kinndra Baudelaire before her empire spreads in totality across the Periphery, and all semblance of freedom is lost. They are only a small crew for now, consisting of Sera and her right hand, with a handful of crew members to man the ship itself. Less official members exist in a few safehouses across a few planets in the Canorous system, though until a safe passageway to the nearest planet out of the system is discovered, these members live perpetually in hiding. Often made up of political enemies of Kinndra's, they must stay hidden from the state surveillance or more often than not, be vapourised upon discovery. An instant death, but quite irreversible.
The most important goal of the Aegis is finding the safest way to leave Canorous, away from Kinndra's sight, so people can be smuggled away and a proper rebellion born.
