Abyssal Flesh Imp

Medium Demon, Abyssal

When detatched from its host the creature takes the form of either a thin shadowy humanoid or that of a similar apparence of its maker. Unless tasked to take on another form. It can remain from its host for up 10 minutes in its first form. During this time the armor is considered unequipped.


Stages.
If the Imp has been fed each day for a week it is considered well fed. With each form you add 1d10 to its melee attacks and add an additional 1d4 on Proficiency checks whenever the Imp is separated and near you.

First Form, small sized with long tendrils on its back and lacking eyes and mouth. It can only feed once its on its host and speaks telepathically. Completely reliant on its host. Can separate itself from its host for up to 15 minutes.

Second Form. medium sized with shorter tendrils around its body. It will take on a more humanoid form with a large mouth with sharp teeth. It is able to feed on its own in this form. It becomes less reliant on its host. It can be separated from its host for an half hour and the host must make an Persuasion or Intimidation check to ensure superiority.

  • 1-5: The Imp runs away for another half hour to do as it wishes.
  • 6-15: The Imp will challenge your superiority.
  • 16-20+: The Imp returns to you.

Third Form, large sized with both humanoid and demonic features. No tendrils however very muscular with spiked back and jagged claw hands. Larger mouth with sharper teeth and an elongated tongue. Now with black eyes and able to speak the languages of its host. This form is very chaotic and hungry. It can be separated from its host for up to an hour and the host must make an Persuasion or Intimidation check to ensure superiority.

  • 1-10 The Imp runs away for another hour to do as it wishes.
  • 11-19: The Imp will challenge your superiority.
  • 20+: The Imp returns to you.
