Oliva Thorntwig was born and raised on a farm in the Bellmond barony. From a young age, she was drawn to the Riverwoods, fascinated by the stories she had heard about the druids who lived there. As a teenager, she decided to leave her home and explore the woods, hoping to learn more about the druids and their ways. However, her journey took a dangerous turn when she stumbled upon a group of druids who did not welcome her presence. They took her captive and held her in their secluded enclave deep in the woods. At first, she was terrified and desperate to escape, but over time, she began to learn about the druids' way of life and their connection to the natural world.

Under the tutelage of the druids, Oliva learned how to track and hunt game, how to forage for edible plants, and how to navigate the dense forest. She also discovered her talent for archery and became a skilled marksman. As she grew in knowledge and skill, she earned the trust of the druids and was eventually accepted as one of their own. Oliva's life changed drastically when she met Tark, an old Goliath druid who had been wandering the woods for decades. Tark recognized her potential and took her under his wing as one of his apprentices. Together, they traveled the Riverwoods, learning from each other and sharing their knowledge of the natural world.

Oliva was especially fascinated by Tark's ability to communicate with animals and plants, and she worked tirelessly to develop her own druidic abilities. She learned to shape-shift into different animals, to harness the power of the elements, and to heal injuries and ailments with the power of nature. Throughout her travels with Tark, Oliva has encountered many dangers and challenges, but she has always remained steadfast and determined to protect the natural world from harm. She has also developed a deep reverence for the spirits of the woods and the creatures that inhabit them, and she strives to live in harmony with all living things.
