A newly purchased but long-neglected property on the outskirts of Harvest Town. The tenants and owners must scout it thoroughly before work can begin.
Primary Tasks (Required for Completion):
• Walk the full boundary of the property.
• Inspect the interior of all three houses.
• Inspect the barn.
• Identify the current state of the well and confirm if the water is potable.
• Survey the crop fields to determine weed overgrowth, soil quality, and any signs of pests.
Optional Tasks (Bonus XP):
• Discover any hidden items left behind by the previous owners.
• Identify all wildlife traces found on the property (burrows, droppings, scratch marks, nests).
• Find the highest vantage point on the farm.
