Wenderly Farm

1401 DR: Wenderly Farm was founded.

1469 DR: The Wenderly family disappeared and were presumed to be abducted by Drow.

1500 DR 

• Uktar 20: The SCABs moved onto the property after comping to an agreement with Lunethrae Dovetail and Darrik Blackbriar. Darrik became the temporary owner of the property while Lunethrae became its title holder. The party discovered a pack of wild dogs staying in one of the houses and the barn, living vines wrapped around another house, and a third house with the remains of what appeared to be a ritualistic sacrifice of someone long ago.
• Uktar 22: Dale Cooper and Tiburklau Saphira worked together applying aphid oil to the soil, though most of the work was done by Dale. Golgothazar used Tomato Bleach to clean the inside of the well. The party fixed up the chicken coop. During Dale's watch, a wild boar found its way into the barn where it began to fight with the mother dog staying there. Dale took off to the barn as Golgothazar was woken by the noise and proceeded to wake up Saphira. After a brief combat where the boar was bit, hit with Inflict Wounds and hit with a mace, Dale and the dog killed the boar together. Saphira, then Golgothazar arrived shortly after.
• Uktar 23: The party patched up the roof of Farmhouse 2. The party buried the skeleton found in Farmhouse 3. The party purchased 1 rooster, 2 hens and 4 chicks. The party had slight difficulties placing their new chickens in their enclosure.
• Drow were killed and burned on the property.
• On a full moon, Thoramir Blackeagle rose from his grave as a wight. He killed a cranium rat and wererat.
• Nightal 1: The farm was transformed into a stronghold of sorts instantly through Unknown and the Unknown when Golgothazar Starvekoyne made a wish via Unknown. Animals were changed.

Animated Bearskin Trap

In Golgothazar Starvekoyne's room, there is a bearkskin rug which will animate when someone other than Golgothazar enters without stating the passphrase "Knock knock" and attack the introduder.

Anti-Scrying

The entire property is protected by a specific type of anti-magic which blocks out all scrying attempts.

Armor Rack of Returning

This armor rack can hold up to 6 sets of armor or outfits. If a creature attunes to the armor/clothing and puts it on the rack, they can use an action to summon the armor and equip it instantaneously. They must be on the same plane of existence for this ability to work.

Bonsai of Teleportation

Once per month, Tiburklau Saphira can teleport herself and anyone in physical contact with her to any tree within half a mile using an altered version of the Tree Stride spell.

Fireplaces

These fireplaces do not need fuel to continue burning. Also, a creature can use a bonus action to change the color of the flames or make them cooler/warmer.

Healing Well

Once per day, a creature can gain 2d4 hit points by drinking water from this well. Water not consumed within 24 hours of collecting becomes inert. 

Perfect Crops

Crops grown on this property all grow the most amount and biggest produce for normal versions of their species.

Potion Cabinet

This potion cabinet contains three small spigots which can fill up to one empty vial each full of Potion of Primal Savagery at dawn each day. The vials can be left in the cabinet overnight, and they will automatically refill when the sun rises.

Saphira's Bed

When a spellcaster with spell slots completes a long rest on this bed, they gain 1 additional 1st level spell slot in any 1 spellcasting class. This spell slot lasts until the creature completes another long rest, or another creature rests on the bed.

Self Heating Basin (hot bath)

Taking a short rest in this bath will remove 2 levels of exhaustion once per long rest. Additionally, it removes the effects of most common poisons and disease.

Weapon Rack of Returning

This weapon rack can hold up to 12 weapons. If a creature attunes to the weapon and puts it on the rack, they can use an action to summon the weapon and equip it instantaneously. They must be on the same plane of existence for this ability to work.

Writing Desks of Still Hands

Each bedroom has one of these desks. Any parchment, book, map, or loose paper placed on this desk cannot be moved by wind, vibration, or incidental contact. Ink, paint, wax, and similar substances do not spill, smear, or blot while used on the desk unless intentionally done so. If a creature spends at least 1 uninterrupted hour writing, drawing, or copying at the desk, they have advantage on any ability checks made to copy text, transcribe spells, draft maps, forge documents, or produce technical diagrams created during that time. Also, each desk comes with a Sage's Quill, which is bound to the bedroom it's in and will always teleport back to it if removed.
