Artellus is one of Shan's agents. He is known as her Solari priest.
Artellus has lately been making a name for himself. After calming down a rowdy crowd, he caught the attention of Lady Zara fae'Fournius, who then invited him to the Fournius Remembrance Ball. At the ball, Artellus spent time taking with one of the Heroes of Viterbo, Lit'ta as well as fellow Solari priest Kennick.
When the young Kith went missing, Artellus went looking for her, although no one had asked for his help. It is unknown why he was searching for her, but it may have something to do with her strange musical gift.
