Attractive with a air of authority to her, she can seem relaxed and easy going on minute and the next her old Navy days show through and she's barking orders. She has a practical but fashionable way in which she dresses, and is usually armed. Evelyn is a woman that keeps herself in excellent condition.
Personality
Despite what her employee's might say she is a helpful, friendly woman with a love for life and the general joys and passions that come with it. Some of her light has dimmed since her wife passed, but that was 3 years ago at this point and she has come a long way since then. She takes command and has the attitude of someone who is used to giving out orders and expecting them to be followed. It's what drew her TFV, the military structure is something she enjoys. She takes care of her people, just ask her daughter.
