Lucius Nexentrum II

This character is dead.
The Leisurely

Lucius Nexentrum II did not want to be a conqueror like his father, instead wanted a long and peaceful reign. Lucius the Leisurely inherited the crown upon his father's death and quickly established himself as a just and respected leader, both among his subjects and his noble peers.

In his youth, he witnessed his father engage in a ten-year-long conflict known as the Nexentrum-Valsolis War. After seeing the shortsighted actions of his father in that conflict, Lucius began to dream of ending these petty conflicts by creating a unified empire. This kingdom would use the combined resources to bring peace and prosperity, improving people's lives, instead of wasting them in conflicts.

With fair and compassionate leadership, he managed the reins of Nexaria and kept his military well-trained and battle-hardened, despite the softness of his utopian lifestyle, as he could not afford weakness with the promise he made to his father.

Little territory was gained during the first decade of his rule, and many would detest him for his so called betrayal of the blood right to dominate the lands of Aevira.

Eventually, risking an uprising he ordered his court to head an invasion of Wakova. Successful in his campaign, he proved not only to his people, but to himself that the Nexentrums were ruthless conquerors.
