Arcanist Juvélise ir'Carrow is a diplomat for Aundair, and a member of the Arcane Congress. She studied at Arcanix in her youth, and as an adult she served in the Knight's Arcane and fought for Aundair.
She accompanied Queen Aurala ir'Wynarn's delegation to Thronehold in 996 YK, and was sent to the Droaam Summit in 999 YK to once again represent her country to foreign powers.
