Kauth Dannar was a mercenary during the Last War, working with House Tharashk and House Deneith at various points in the war. He is now a member of the Eldeen Wolves, a terrorist organisation operating out of the Eldeen Reaches, primarily targetting Aundair.
With the Sentinel Marshals on his tail, Kauth fled into the Demon Wastes, certain that no one would follow him there.
