Kaitwaen is the principle physician among the Maruk Ghaash'kala, and was a healer of Clan Toldorath before she joined the Ghaash'kala. She's been with the Ghaash'kala since 918 YK, when the expeditionary force she was attached to got turned around in Sol Udar, and emerged in The Labyrinth.
Kaitwaen is perpetually stressed, and this has only been made worse with the loss of Naze helping her in the infirmary. There's always too many injured or sick, and not enough supplies to treat them. She's an intelligent woman, and makes what they do have go far, but her anxieties naw at her constantly.
