Brunstan is a councilor in Delethorn, in the Eldeen Reaches. He was born to the simple life of a fisherman in Merylsward, but rose to power within the community during the Eldeen secession from Aundair. Shortly after the Eldeen Reaches declared independence, Brunstan was elected to the town council in Merylsward, where he met his now wife Anya d'Vadalis. After the end of the Last War, the pair moved to Delethorn, where Brunstan now leads the town council.
