About
The Ancients are the Races of Enochia that trace their origins back to the First Age, long before the tumultuous event known as The Conflux emerged.
This shattered the world as they knew it, and the Ancients were thrown into an era of chaos and upheaval. Many of their cities and institutions were lost, their knowledge scattered, and their populations severely diminished.
Despite this, the Ancients endured. Their numbers, though decimated, remained the largest and most dominant among the civilized races of the world. They continued to survive and rebuild, though much of their former glory faded into the ashes of history.
The Ancients now stand as both the heirs to Enochia’s past and the stewards of its future.

Today
In the present day, the Ancients hold the majority of the stable, fertile lands and established civilizations across Enochia, at the expense of the Newbloods.
The Ancient's presence is particularly dominant in cities and large settlements, where they continue to shape the social, political, and economic systems. Though they have largely reclaimed their place of influence, the Ancients' connection to their past is tinged with loss, and their civilization is a shadow of what it once was.
