The youngest master of Arcana to ever be selected by the High Tide ceremony. Folas has been agile in his studies and recognised for his rigorous use of the Masters of Arcana that work under him across the Shimmer Isles. Under his watchful eye, the Elves have been keeping close study over the changes of magic in the Material Plane. While they have been slow to decide on a definitive course of action, they have a lot of findings under lock and key.

In the South Eastern portion of the Usta continent, this series of archipelagos are the ancestral home of the Elves of Usta. While it's namesake would suggest the country to consist of only islands it in fact has a large portion of it's territory on the mainland of Usta.
