A major fear of this fey is that without freeing Cegilune, she will revert back to a hag under the sway of the Ten Faceted Black Diamond. When she trances, she has consuming nightmares about this that she can't end, (her sister often has to cast dispel magic on her to get her out of the nightmare) - so her rest is never restful.

So entranced were the first races that set eyes on Alla Breve, upon seeing her quick wit and fierce spirit, that they devoted her name to describe music. Alla Breve, in music terms, is a tempo modifier with two beats per measure and half note gets the beat. The symbol they chose was specifically to show her long enveloping wings, folded in dance as she flitted across the Feywild.
(Alla breve – also known as cut time or cut common time – is a musical meter notated by the time signature symbol, which is the equivalent of. The term is Italian for "on the breve", originally meaning that the beat was counted on the breve. Alla breve is a "simple-duple meter with a half-note pulse")
