The servant of Celadon.
The ancient Warforged is the primary caretaker of Celadon. He is responsible for the vast armies of servants and bodyguards that the Dragon controls. There are servants who live their entire lives without the Dragon waking up, and know only The Castellan's benevolent dictatorship. The Castellan considers the people living in Celadon's territory much like the garden or livestock, something that needs to be tended to, but will ruthlessly prune away family trees that he believes are not working.
The Castellan considers himself to be a perfect steward, and life for the people living in Celadon's territory have a better quality of life than those in the Harvest Hills Region or the Iron Maw Mountains, but all need to be ready to serve a dragon's whims should it awaken. There is a vast network of Subjects that The Castellan over sees taking care of different aspects of the territory. The only task that the Castellan oversees himself is the cleaning of Celadon's lair.
