Originally a bishopric theocracy like Monast, more specifically one of Ioun, the leadership has since let go of its integration of religion into public matters. It has since become the party-capital of Grenwal, with many celebrations and many dance festivals, where the locally brewed ales are drunk by the keg. Its architecture, including the gigantic cathedral in its capital, is also often considered a sight to see.
