Lord of the Endless Maze, the 600th layer of The Abyss, and demon lord of beasts, savagery and brutality. He is credited with the creation of both the Minotaur people, though civilized Minotaurs have long since broken away from him, as well as the Baphomet race, the latter of which now universally despise him and try to slander his name due to being considered a "failure" in his eyes.
Baphomet is particularly popular amongst those who wish to let loose the shackles of civilization and civility in the name of sheer brutality and violence. His cults are often violent, savage and bloodthirsty, reveling in death and destruction. Despite this, they also share their master's fascination with mazes, often constructing mazes as secret meeting spots.
