Currently the capital city of The Divine Authority in The Corniola Covenant, but also the historical capital of the former Great Liwilai Empire, Rumas is a city with a long history, likely dating back to even the Era of Mysteries. While it has been sacked and rebuilt multiple times over its long existence, Rumas has nonetheless prevailed into the modern day, where it acts as the home of the Divine Council, a council of representative of most legal clergies, who also act as the leaders of the very Divine Authority itself. Faith is a very important part of life in Rumas, and since it is the home of the Divine Council, many practitioners of the legal faiths see Rumas as the main stop on many pilgrimages.
