The capital city of the Kingdom of Hugan, but not the seat of its Oesterholmian king, instead being run by a local governor. Bapesta was founded near the end of The Great Liwilai Empire's life, by travelers from the west, and then later further built out by people from the empire. Today, Bapesta is famous for its wonderful architecture, relaxing thermal baths and delectable cuisine.
